Routine

I recall a time when I looked forward to the weekend to party with friends.

Now I look forward to the weekend for sleeping 9 hours straight.

Also, weekends are counted just so i can keep track of paydays.

... life. Is it just a routine?

Right motivation to work out

Some workout to stay in shape.
Others to attract their person of interest.

If you're not interested in living a long life (who the hell wants to live till 110?), then what's the right motivation to get someone to workout?

"Hey, bro. That girl you have a crush on? She'd totally go out with you if you lost 20 lbs"
